"We booked a private space for my family and I to enjoy and at first everything seemed pretty good. We went over to grab our meats and sides and everything looked like it had been sitting for quite some time. Hot food was not hot at all. Meats are somewhat difficult to grab since you need to keep the doors open for the fridge. Some meats a little too high up for short people lol. Thankfully they let you just order on your phone but even then they take a very long time to come and serve you. The room, you’d think, was already set up and prepared for a party of 20 but there was no air conditioning until we had to ask. The vents were not on so the room was extremely smoky. We barely got the table cleaned up and we hardly had any appropriate serving utensils. For a $900+ tab you should probably go elsewhere. Our celebratory cake even came when we were already heading out the door. The man of the night had to quickly shove it in his mouth which felt very negligent seeing as we were already sitting there for quite some time. The 3 stars are mainly for two of the servers. The one with the different colored hair streak, she Hispanic/latin. And the woman server."

"Amazing experience altogether. They made me and my long distance best friend’s last day together so special— they even played a band we said we liked over the speakers! Danny our server was so funny, nice and helpful with explaining the whole process. Bill for two including soft drinks and adding the hot pot on to our bbq package came out to $70, which is a total steal for all we got. Overall a great experience and we would love to come back, especially if Danny’s working! 💜💜💜"
